Leaving Cert Trip to Waterford
6th Year Honours English students thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Waterford’s Theatre Royal today to view a production of Othello. Students were delighted Cyclone Rep’s revolutionized interactive show which involved multimedia theatrical performances and open discussions, all set in a modern context by referencing the Black Lives Matter Movement.
Several key themes and language styles were explored throughout in order to prepare them for the upcoming Leaving Cert!
